1. About us
Puzzl Drop is a trading name of WalkStyler Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11568539.
Our registered office is 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. You can contact us at hello@puzzldrop.co.uk.
In these terms, “Puzzl Drop”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WalkStyler Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the person placing an order.
2. These terms
These terms apply when you use our website or purchase a Puzzl Drop subscription or gift subscription. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. Our products
Puzzl Drop divides a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle into smaller, numbered packs. Each monthly delivery normally contains four packs of approximately 60 pieces, designed to provide one manageable puzzle activity each week.
Piece quantities are approximate and minor variations may occur. Puzzle designs may differ from images shown on our website. Part of the experience is the gradual reveal, so we do not guarantee a particular image or design unless expressly stated at checkout.
4. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to purchase from us. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation. Please check your delivery address and order information carefully and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
We may refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorised, the product is unavailable, incorrect information was displayed, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or we cannot deliver to the supplied address. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge will be shown before checkout. We currently deliver only to UK addresses.
Payments are processed securely by our payment and subscription platform providers. We do not directly store your complete payment-card details.
6. Standard subscriptions
We may offer monthly, three-month and 12-month plans. The exact price, billing frequency and number of deliveries are shown at checkout.
Your first order is created when your initial payment is accepted. We aim to dispatch the first box within 2–3 working days. Later boxes are scheduled monthly, around the anniversary of your original order date.
Unless cancelled, plans renew automatically at the end of their applicable billing period at the price then applicable. We will provide any notices required by law before renewal or a material price change.
7. Cancelling a standard subscription
You can cancel through the customer portal or by emailing hello@puzzldrop.co.uk.
For a monthly plan, cancellation prevents the next renewal when completed before that payment is processed. For prepaid three-month and 12-month plans, cancellation prevents renewal at the end of the prepaid term. Deliveries already paid for will ordinarily continue until that term is complete.
Cancellation does not automatically refund payments already taken or boxes already dispatched, except where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, or we agree otherwise. We will confirm cancellation by email.
8. Gift subscriptions
The four-month gift subscription is paid in full at checkout. It includes four monthly deliveries. The first is normally dispatched within 2–3 working days and the remaining boxes are scheduled around the anniversary of the original order date.
The gift ends automatically after its fourth delivery and does not renew. The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate recipient name and address. Gifts cannot normally be changed, transferred or refunded after the applicable statutory cancellation period, although statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods continue to apply.
9. Statutory cancellation rights
Consumers purchasing online normally have a legal right to cancel during the applicable cooling-off period. To exercise that right, email hello@puzzldrop.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, including your name, order number and delivery address.
If goods have been delivered, you must take reasonable care of them and return them as instructed. Unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will normally be responsible for return postage.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may make a reasonable deduction from a refund if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them has reduced their value—for example, where puzzle packs have been opened, mixed or partially assembled. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within the period required by law.
10. Delivery
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. Dispatch periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. “Dispatched within 2–3 working days” means that we aim to hand the parcel to the delivery provider within that period; courier delivery time is additional.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will help investigate delayed or missing parcels. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Responsibility for the goods passes to you or the recipient when delivered.
11. Missing, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect each delivery and contact us promptly if a parcel is damaged, the wrong item or pack was supplied, or puzzle pieces are missing. Include your order details and photographs where appropriate.
Under our Completion Promise, if puzzle pieces are missing, we will send replacements free of charge where reasonably possible. If a replacement is not reasonably available, we will offer an appropriate alternative, replacement puzzle or refund depending on the circumstances. This promise is additional to your statutory rights.
12. Returns and refunds
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law. This may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Unwanted goods returned under a statutory cancellation right should be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Puzzle packs should remain unopened unless opening was reasonably necessary for inspection, and pieces should not be mixed, assembled or lost. You will normally pay return postage. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
13. Changes, availability and designs
We may occasionally change our products, packaging, delivery arrangements or prices. Changes will not reduce deliveries already paid for. If a change materially affects an active renewing subscription, we will give reasonable notice and explain how to cancel before it takes effect.
All products are subject to availability. We may replace a planned puzzle or component with a reasonably equivalent alternative. Colours may appear slightly different on screen or in printed materials.
14. Website use and intellectual property
Our website content—including text, branding, graphics, photographs and layout—is owned by or licensed to WalkStyler Ltd. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes but must not reproduce, sell or commercially exploit it without permission.
You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious software or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its supporting systems.
15. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses, business losses arising from a consumer purchase, delays outside our reasonable control, or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
16. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use it to manage orders, payments, deliveries, customer support and subscriptions. A gift purchaser confirms that they are entitled to provide the recipient’s details for delivery and administration of the gift.
17. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal disruption, severe weather, transport or supplier disruption, or telecommunications failures. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep affected customers informed.
18. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email hello@puzzldrop.co.uk with your name, order number and a description of the issue. We will aim to acknowledge your complaint promptly and resolve it fairly.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version applying to your purchase is the version available when your order is placed. Changes will not remove rights you already have under an existing contract.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
